Foreigners who want to travel to Vietnam need to apply for an ENTRY APPROVAL LETTER to get a tourist visa. The duration of a tourist visa is 1 month or maximum 3-month visa.

To apply for a visa for foreigners to visit. Vietnam needs to follow the steps with the following procedures:

 1. PROCEDURES
Step 1: Make an information announcement for the travel company

Send information including passport face, date of entry, place of visa collection
Payment of service fees with the travel company
Step 2: Receive an entry letter to get a tourist visa
Receive email copy (Scan) of entry official to get tourist visa in case of receiving visa at border gate. Airport, or diplomatic mission. Vietnam Abroad (Embassy/Consulate General)
Receive the original of the Entry Official Letter for the case of entry at the land border gate
Step 3: Get tourist visa at the border gate / Embassy / Consulate General
Fill in the application form for tourist visa to Vietnam, with a 4 x 6 (cm) photo.
Present original passport + Official letter of entry to get tourist visa at the place where the visa is received.
Pay state fee: $25 for single-entry visa, $50 for multiple-entry visa

2. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE PROCESSING
The guaranteeing enterprise submits the application at the Immigration Department in one of two cities, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, depending on the enterprise's office.

3. APPROVAL TIME
