NIGHT DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - TAOYUAN - TAIPEI

22:00   Tour leader will pick you up at  Tan Son Nhat airport  to check in for the flight to Taiwan.

Scheduled flight VJ840 SGN-TPE 01:00 - 05:25

Arrive at Taipei (Taoyuan) airport   , tour guide welcomes the group. Welcome to Taiwan.

You sleep overnight on the plane.

DAY 1: TAIPEI CITY - CITY TOUR                (3 meals)        

Morning:   After completing immigration procedures, the group will have breakfast. Then depart to visit:

• “Shifen Ancient Village” - Shifen is where people often come to release sky lanterns. In addition to the lanterns sold, you can buy paper, design your own lantern, write your wishes on it and release it into the sky. After making your wishes, you should sip some highland tea, enjoy some rustic cakes and enjoy the beauty of nature and the slow pace of life here.

Lunch:  The group  has lunch at a local restaurant with beef noodles. Then continue to visit:

• “Taipei 101 Tower”  – the pride of Asia, was built in 1999 and completed in 2004.  Taipei 101 was honored to receive the Emporis Skyscraper Award in 2004. ( excluding the cost of going up the Tower ) . 

• “Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall” - Chung Cheng Memorial Hall was built to commemorate Chiang Kai-shek, the first president of the Republic of China. The building was built with curved tiled roofs like the Forbidden City in Beijing, and 70m high white brick walls. No matter what angle visitors look from, they can feel the grandeur of this house.
• The delegation continued to visit the exterior of the "Presidential Palace".

   

In the evening   , the group had dinner with  Beef Noodles  at a local restaurant.

The group returns to the hotel to check in and rest, then goes with the tour guide to explore the night market  "Xi Men Ding"

DAY 2: TAIPEI - TAICHUNG                 (3 meals)  

After breakfast, the group checks out. The group departs to visit and learn at:

• The center displays the mythical animal Pi Xiu -  a mascot that looks similar to a unicorn but has wings and is often worshiped with the meaning of bringing fortune and peace to its owner.

• The ancient house of “Lin, An-Tai” was built in the middle of the Qing Dynasty. Over the years, the architectural style has undergone many changes. In later periods, the main area of ​​the western area and another area were added with several new buildings and a garden.
• You will join the DIY class at  "Vigor Kobo Golden Pineapple Castle"  Vigor Kobo factory is a famous brand specializing in producing pineapple cakes in Taiwan.

Lunch:   The group  has lunch at a local restaurant. Then continue the tour.

•  “Rainbow Village”  is an extremely impressive village because of its unique and eye-catching artistic style. What caught my eye when I arrived here was the colorful colors that filled the whole village, the small alleys, the walls were all painted in great detail and art. Only when you actually come here to explore can you feel the unique features of this place. 

In the evening,    the group will have dinner at  the local restaurant  "QIAN YE Hot Pot" BUFET . Free to visit and shop at "Taichung Night Market",  a unique feature of Taiwan's night market culture.

The group stayed overnight in  Taichung.

DAY 3: TAICHUNG - NANTOU - GIA NGHIA           (3 meals)               

Morning:   After breakfast, you will depart for  Nantou .

• Visit  "Sun Moon Lake"  - Located in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, Central Taiwan, Sun Moon Lake is the largest natural lake in this territory, with an area of ​​7.73km2, located at an altitude of 748m above sea level, the deepest point is 27m. Here, the charming river scenery, the ancient Chinese architectural space looms, creating a peaceful look for Sun Moon and making people's hearts strangely calm. The lake is surrounded by mountains on all sides, bringing majestic and dreamy beauty to Sun Moon, which used to be the most favorite resort of Mr. Chiang Kai-shek.
• You will visit  the Wen Wu Temple  - located in the north of Sun Moon Lake with a majestic red lion statue guarding the gate. Inside the Wen Wu Temple is dedicated to Confucius and his two disciples, Mencius and Zihsih, while the Wu Temple is dedicated to Guan Yu and Yue Fei - a famous patriotic general of the Song Dynasty.
• The group stopped and listened to an introduction  to the specialty Lingzhi Mushroom  of the Nantou mountain region,  and enjoyed the famous specialty  Oolong Tea  .

Lunch:   The group  has lunch  at a local restaurant. Then move to visit:

• “Hinoki Village” -  marvel at a miniature Japan in the heart of Taiwan. The main material used to build the ancient Hinoki village is wood, which creates a rustic and close-to-nature feeling. Taiwan’s Hinoki Village consists of 28 apartments, and is also fully equipped with food stores and souvenir stalls.

In the evening   , the group had dinner with the famous Taiwanese grilled chicken dish. 

The group stayed overnight in  Taichung.

DAY 4: GIA NGHIA - KAOHSIUNG      (Breakfast - lunch)                

Morning   After breakfast, the group checks out of the hotel and departs to visit:

• “A ly Son - ALISHAN ” Alishan Forest Plateau is truly a wonderful gift that “mother nature” has bestowed upon us. Not only are there vast, majestic, towering pine hills that reach to the sky. Moreover, there are also small streams that always babble under the wooden bridge across the forest.

Lunch   The group has lunch at a local restaurant. Then continue to visit:

• Take a photo at the Kaohsiung Music Center Building  - This place has a music performance area, combined with the beautiful scenery of the harbor and bay, creating a new sightseeing and entertainment destination.
• Then the delegation visited  the  Kaohsiung City  Metro Station -  " Mei Li Metro Station  " -  Formosa Boulevard . Inside the Formosa Boulevard Metro Station in Kaohsiung is the world's largest glass art technology with 4,500 panels. Thanks to the impressive kaleidoscope effect, the station area is truly an ideal place to hold wedding ceremonies.

In the evening,   you  will have dinner  at  "Liuhe Night Market" on your own , enjoying the delicious specialties and fresh seafood of Taiwan.

You return to  Kaohsiung city,  check in hotel and rest.

DAY 5: KAOHSIUNG - HO CHI MINH CITY                    (Breakfast, lunch)            

Morning   After breakfast, the group checks out of the hotel and departs to visit:

• Fo Guang Shan Monastery -  considered the Buddhist capital of Tainan,  is an extremely famous Buddhist sanctuary with extremely majestic architecture. Here you will admire the  120 m high golden Amitabha Buddha statue along with 480 surrounding Buddha statues .
• You can visit and shop at the "Jewelry and Magnetic Bracelet Store".

Lunch:   The group has lunch at a local restaurant.

At the appointed time, the group departs for Kaohsiung airport  , taking a flight back to Ho Chi Minh City  (Guests will have a light meal on the plane).

End of the tour. The tour leader says goodbye and see you again.

The order of the program and special meals may change in order by the Tour Guide's arrangement to suit the actual situation, but still ensure all the attractions listed in the program.

TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: 

• Single room surcharge:  3,000,000  VND/guest/regular tour  and  5,500,000 VND/guest/Tet Holiday Tour  (for guests requesting a single room). 
• Ticket to the 89th floor of 101 tower.
• Beverages (beer and wine during meals), telephone, laundry, excess baggage according to airline regulations, medicine, hospital… and personal expenses of guests outside the program.
• Tips for local guides and drivers:  790,000 VND/guest/tour.
• Foreign guests with a 1-month single entry visa to Vietnam, re-entry visa fee:  875,000 VND/guest.

CHILDREN TOUR PRICE:

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).
• Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old:  75% + tax 4,500,000 VND  (No separate bed).
• Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old:  100% of adult tour price  (with separate bed).
• Children 11 years old and over: 100% of adult tour price.

CONDITIONS FOR TOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION :  Immediately after registering for the tour, deposit 50% of the total tour price, the remaining amount must be paid 14 days before departure.

• Cancel tour after registration penalty fee 50% deposit (+ visa fee if any).
• Cancel tour 14 days in advance, penalty fee = 50% of total tour program price (+ visa fee if any). (Calculated by working days)
• Cancel tour 07 days in advance, penalty fee = 75% of total tour program price (+ visa fee if any). (Calculated by working days)
• After the above time, penalty fee = 100% of total program value (+ visa fee if any). (Calculated by working days)
• Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company or by fax, email, text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.
• Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• For customers who have a visa and cancel the tour, Saigon Land Travel Company will keep the passport for 1 month (visa validity period) or stamp the visa cancellation.

In case your visa application is refused:

1. Non-refundable fee is  3,600,000 VND/person . Applicable to customers who book a sticker visa, submit application 12 days before tour departure date.
2. Non-refundable fee is  4,200,000 VND/person . Applicable for customers who book a sticker visa and submit application 10 days before tour departure date.

NOTE:

• If the guest is an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a separate visa, they must bring it with them on the tour.
• Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or an authorized person must have a letter of authorization from the parent.
• Visa applications submitted to the Consulate will not be returned while waiting for the Visa to be issued.
• If the customer is refused exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal or family reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
• The tour is purely touristic, throughout the program you are not allowed to leave the group. The company will not accept any reason for visiting relatives, business, etc. to separate from the group.
• As flights are dependent on the Airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.
• For each specific case, guests may be required to deposit  5,000 USD/person before the trip (Will be notified before registering for the tour) ( after returning to Vietnam, guests will receive the full deposit back ). After the visa result, if the guest does not agree to the above conditions, the guest's visa will be canceled and they will be subject to a penalty according to the "Cancellation and Penalty Conditions" regulations  .
• Because this tourist visa is a special type, when arriving at Taiwan Airport, the tour leader will collect your passport and keep it throughout the tour to present to the Taiwan Tourism Bureau when needed.

• In case you use an advanced visa in an old passport, please bring your old passport when going on the tour!
